Each plan is a content calendar with topics, phases, and autopilot rules.
HELPHow to use the PlannerCreating a plan & running autopilot
v
1
Click "+ New plan" to open the wizard
The plan wizard walks you through 5 steps. Your progress is saved automatically at each step. If you leave mid-way, you'll see a "Continue editing" banner when you return.
2
Step 1 - Choose your niche & brand name
Pick the niche that best matches your content focus: AI / Vibe Coding, Crypto, SaaS, Creator Growth, Finance, or Custom. Enter your brand or creator name; this gets woven into post angles throughout the plan. If your niche doesn't fit the options, pick Custom and describe it in the field that appears.
3
Step 2 - Define your content pillars
Pillars are the recurring themes your content rotates through. Select from the suggested options for your niche or add custom ones. 3-4 pillars is the sweet spot: enough variety to stay interesting, focused enough to build authority. Each post in your generated plan will be tagged to a pillar.
4
Step 3 - Choose platforms & posting frequency
Select which platforms to generate content for: X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Reddit, or ViewDAO. Set your target posts per week; the AI will distribute content across your chosen platforms. For autopilot, X must be connected in Settings.
5
Step 4 - Generate your plan
Click "Generate plan" and wait ~10s. The AI builds a complete content calendar: post topics, content angles, phase breakdown, and a week-by-week schedule. Each post is tagged with pillar, platform, and format. If you don't like something, click "Regenerate" to get a fresh version; your niche and pillars are preserved.
6
Step 5 - Review, choose publish mode, and save
Review the generated posts. Then choose how posts get published: Scheduled - posts go into your Schedule queue. You review and approve each one before it goes live. Autopilot - posts are automatically published to X at their scheduled time. No manual approval needed. Requires X connected in Settings.
Hit "Save plan" to finalise. Your plan appears in the plans list and posts move into the Schedule queue.
TIPBest practice: Run Scheduled mode for your first plan. Review the generated posts in Schedule, refine a few, then switch the plan to Autopilot once you're happy with the content quality.
Autopilot publishes your scheduled posts automatically to X at their set times. Once enabled, Studio handles the full loop with no manual posting needed.
1
Connect your X account in Settings
Go to Settings > Connections and click Connect X account. This authorizes Studio to post on your behalf via OAuth 2.0; your password is never stored. You'll be redirected to X to approve, then returned to Settings. Required before autopilot can run.
2
Select "Autopilot" in Step 5 of the plan wizard
In the Review step, click the Autopilot option card instead of Scheduled. The autopilot note will confirm your X account is connected. Save the plan; autopilot activates immediately and will post at the scheduled times.
3
Switch an existing plan to Autopilot
On any plan card in your list, click "Autopilot" in the actions row. This enables autopilot for that plan immediately. All upcoming scheduled posts will be published automatically. To disable, click "Pause" on the plan card.
4
Monitor in Schedule & Analytics
Published posts appear in Schedule with a published status. Check Analytics to track post performance, slop scores, and your publishing streak. You'll receive Telegram notifications (if connected) for every autopilot post: success and failures both.
ON When autopilot is active
Plan card shows Autopilot badge. Posts publish at scheduled times. Notifications sent to Telegram. Streak tracked in Analytics.
OFF When autopilot is paused
Posts remain in queue but won't publish. Re-enable anytime with the Autopilot button. Scheduled dates are preserved.
! If a post fails
Studio retries once. On second failure, a Telegram notification fires and the post is marked failed in Schedule for manual review.
TK Token expiry
X tokens last 2 hours. Studio auto-refreshes them. If refresh fails (revoked), autopilot pauses and notifies you to reconnect in Settings.
!Heads up: Autopilot posts to X exactly as generated. Run your first plan in Scheduled mode, refine the tone in Brand Voice, then switch to Autopilot once the output matches your voice consistently.
1
View posts - open Schedule
Click "View posts" on any plan card to jump to the Schedule page filtered to that plan's posts. You can edit, reschedule, or manually publish individual posts from there.
2
Progress bar
Each plan card shows a progress bar: posts published vs total posts in the plan. When it hits 100%, the plan is complete. You can start a new one or regenerate a fresh continuation.
3
Pause / resume a plan
Pausing a plan freezes both the schedule and autopilot. No posts will go out. Resume picks up from where it left off. Useful when you're travelling or want a content break without losing your queue.
4
Deleting a plan
Delete removes the plan record. Scheduled posts that haven't been published yet are also removed from your queue. Published posts remain in your content history and Analytics. This action cannot be undone.
TIPMultiple plans: You can have several active plans simultaneously, for example, one for X and one for LinkedIn. Each runs its own schedule and autopilot independently.
